ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Jira Reports

    • Jira is the task assignments that CIECA staff is working on, these can be assigned to different projects (2021R1) and labeled by Committee (Calibration). Each Confluence page for Committee has all the Jiras that have a label of that Committee, so all work can be seen.

  • Architecture Committee requested sample PDF of Estimates and/or Repair Orders with Calibration and Scan line items or possibly some mocked up XML showing Calibration and Scan elements. This information would be used to validate that the CIECA Test instances had correct information.

  • Photo Estimate Committee reported that they have no changes at this time.

  • Calibration and Scan Committees reported that they have no changes at this time.

  • The question arose on was the Semi Annual meeting the only time we could request changes.

    • No, changes can be brought to the CIECA staff at anytime in a year. When the request are received, it will be reviewed and the committee initiated to get requirements and approval. The Semi Annual meeting is just a touch base after a release to see how things are going in the Committees and if there are any discussion points.
