ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Welcome

    • Members have been experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams this week and not able to get into committee meetings without multiple attempts.

  • Antitrust and recording accepted

  • Meeting Minutes reviewed and accepted

  • Mark did bring up the work of the committee at the OEM Roundtable and they are in agreement that this work needs to be done and would like to help.

    • Stacey Phillips is going to set up meetings with a number of the OEMs to share the document and get input.

  • Reviewed the New Master Category list

    • This is the compliled list of all the documents we received on Categories at this time and they are grouped by alphabet and then common elements.

    • This list shows a number of categories that are reaching accross all information providers and others that are single to one or two.

      • At this time we would like to wait until the next meeting where we expect to have more OEM data to go over the information and start naming and breaking down the categories.
