ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • GM has a pilot program for battery collection

    • All OEMs need to figure out how to recycle

    • Determine Life Expectancy of battery

  • Emerging Tech looked at Supply Chain

    • Don was a hero for being able to find a part for Gene after 6 months.

    • A number of systems are finding OE Only parts and CIECA has messages that allows for non OE parts.

    • DRP shops only want OE parts.

    • Some programming changes need to happen to find parts outside of the OE network

    • Chip shortage and module shortage could be helped wiht the recycled parts at least for a temporary part that could repair the vehicle and get it on the road until the OE parts is available.

    • If you don’t buy and OE part, you may not get the software

  • Part Type

    • Identify battery supplier/maker

    • Shelf life

    • Range

    • Status

  • Need to find all the data needed for EV

  • Ginny took the role of Chair for the Vehicle Titling Committee.

  • Printed Part is a new part type that we need to look at
