ANTITRUST STATEMENT

    • The AdminInfo Aggregate has all of the types of Users, Insurance Company, Rental Company, Sender, Receiver, etc.

      • This data will be critical to identify who is sending the referral transaction. For example, if OEM is sending a referral for car rental and knows the preferred Repair Facility is XYZ Repairs and the vehicle is insured by ABC Insurance, all of these elements may be sent. This would allow the rental car to receive the referral and then request authorization from ABC Insurance.

    • The Document Type will need an additional code list to Identify transaction as a Referral.

    • The only difference between the Appointment and the Assignment is the Rental Assignment, Tow Assignment, Subrogation Assignment, Vehicle Damage Assignment, Property Damage Assignment and Glass Assignment Aggregates and how the AdminInfo is used.

      • We would like the team members and members of the Appoinment and Assignment Committees to look at the data in these aggregates for the industry segments they work with and identify the critical data. This will help make the referral message complete and will allow for a simpler transaction.

  • The Monday morning meetings are running into a number of conflicts, a Doodle Poll will be sent to the Committee Members to see if there is a better time to meet.

  • The Referral Committee requested a Consumer Privacy Indicator to sync with the CAPIS project, that change will be implemented in the 2023R1 Release on April 19, 2023.
